The posting

Watkins Wellness is hiring a Manufacturing Associate: Steam and Sauna to join our Production team!

DISCOVER

Do you enjoy building products with your hands and seeing a finished product come together from start to finish? As an Associate, Steam and Sauna Manufacturing, you'll play a key role in assembling steam generators, boilers, and related components used in our steam product line.

This is a hands-on production role focused on electrical component assembly, mechanical assembly, testing, and manufacturing operations. You'll work from blueprints, production instructions, and assembly documentation to ensure products are built accurately and efficiently.

In addition to supporting steam product manufacturing, you'll have opportunities to cross-train in sauna production during slower periods, helping support overall manufacturing needs while expanding your skills.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. If you enjoy building things, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you enjoy building products from technical instructions and blueprints? Assemble steam generators, boilers, and related subassemblies by following prints, production instructions, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Are you comfortable with hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly work? Perform electrical component assembly, wiring, and mechanical assembly tasks to support the production of finished steam products.
  • Can you work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy? Take ownership of your work, apply strong attention to detail, and consistently produce high-quality assemblies with minimal supervision.
  • Do you enjoy testing and troubleshooting products before they leave the production floor? Perform electrical and functional testing of completed units and work with team members to verify product performance and quality.
  • Are you adaptable and interested in learning new manufacturing processes? Cross-train in sauna production and support other manufacturing areas as business needs shift.
  • Do you value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement? Partner with coworkers to review work, maintain an organized and safe work environment, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and product quality.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, woodworking, or related hands-on experience preferred
  • Experience assembling electrical components in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Basic woodworking or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and products
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to occasionally lift 75-100 pounds

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
