Op zoek naar een voltijdse administratieve functie in de recyclagesector, met uitzicht op een vast contract? Als administratief bediende in de regio Antwerpen krijg je een afwisselende rol waarin onthaal, administratie en planning samenkomen.Je komt terecht op een bedrijfssite in de recyclagesector, waar bezoekers, chauffeurs en leveranciers dagelijks langskomen.Je verwelkomt bezoekers en volgt het mailverkeer op, maakt leverbonnen op en bedient de weegbrug. Daarnaast bewaak je wachttijden, lees je de planning en help je die op te maken. Ook vergaderzalen klaarzetten en algemene administratieve ondersteuning voor de siteverantwoordelijke horen erbij.Je werkt voltijds en ondersteunt de siteverantwoordelijke in de dagelijkse organisatie van de site. Voel je je op je best wanneer je mensen vlot verder helpt en tegelijk het overzicht bewaart? Dan sluit deze rol misschien mooi aan bij jouw manier van werken.

  • Administratieve ervaring geeft je een stevige basis om uiteenlopende taken zorgvuldig op te volgen.
  • In het Nederlands communiceer je vlot; kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • SAP is voor jou vertrouwd terrein, of je ziet het als een waardevolle extra troef.
  • Ook wanneer het druk wordt, blijf je flexibel, stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te bewaken.
  • Je maakt gemakkelijk contact met collega’s en externe contacten, werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en denkt graag proactief mee.
