Ben jij een nauwkeurige boekhoudkundig medewerker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een vlotte financiële administratie? Bij Danneels zet je jouw ervaring in operationele boekhouding in voor betekenisvolle woonprojecten. Je verwerkt banktransacties en leveranciersbetalingen en volgt de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen binnen bouw en vastgoed mee op.

De werkgever ontwikkelt woningen, appartementen en woonbuurten, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en een goede inpassing in de omgeving.

Waar jij het verschil maakt

  • Je bereidt leveranciersbetalingen voor en voert ze uit.
  • Je verwerkt banktransacties en andere financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je vraagt borg- en garantiestellingen aan en volgt de administratie, vervaldata, verlengingen en vrijgaven op.
  • Je ondersteunt de leveranciersopvolging en stemt grootboekposities tussen vennootschappen af.
  • Je helpt het team bij de jaarlijkse audit en bij de voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes.

Misschien herken je jezelf in een aanpak waarin nauwkeurigheid, vertrouwen en samenwerking vanzelfsprekend samengaan.

  • Een opleiding in een financiële of boekhoudkundige richting past bij jouw achtergrond, of je bouwde gelijkwaardige kennis op via je ervaring.
  • Operationele boekhouding is vertrouwd terrein voor jou, met minstens drie jaar ervaring in een administratieve en operationele boekhoudkundige functie. Ervaring in bouw of vastgoed is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je voelt je thuis bij bankverwerking en het afstemmen van grootboek- en leveranciersrekeningen; ervaring met borg- en garantiestellingen is een plus.
  • Jouw gestructureerde manier van werken helpt je deadlines te bewaken en zorgvuldig en discreet met financiële informatie om te gaan.
  • Je combineert zelfstandige dossieropvolging met een echte teamgeest, heldere en proactieve communicatie en vlot werken met Excel. Nieuwe systemen en processen leer je graag kennen.
