Voor een toonaangevende onderneming actief in de bouw-, infrastructuur- en civiele sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Calculator.Functie omschrijvingJouw uitdaging Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor uiteenlopende projecten. Je bent betrokken vanaf de aanvraagfase en blijft ook tijdens en na de uitvoering een belangrijke schakel in het bewaken en analyseren van de projectrendabiliteit. Dankzij jouw technische inzichten en financiële analyses ondersteun je de projectteams bij het maken van onderbouwde keuzes en draag je actief bij aan een efficiënte projectuitvoering.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bestuderen en analyseren van aanbestedings- en projectdocumentatie.
  • Uitvoeren van werf- en terreinbezoeken om een correcte inschatting van de werkzaamheden te maken.
  • Berekenen van hoeveelheden, materialen, middelen en uitvoeringskosten.
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en evalueren van prijsvoorstellen van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en offertes.
  • Ondersteunen van interne teams bij de beoordeling van projecthaalbaarheid en budgetten.
  • Opvolgen van kosten tijdens de uitvoeringsfase en signaleren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Uitvoeren van nacalculaties en analyseren van projectresultaten ter verbetering van toekomstige dossiers.
  • Correct beheren en documenteren van calculaties, offertes en projectgegevens.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als calculator binnen de bouw-, infrastructuur-, sloop- of civiele sector.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan technische plannen, lastenboeken en specificaties correct interpreteren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met calculatiesoftware en werkt vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en bent gericht op kwaliteit en resultaat.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt samen.
