Wil je als CNC-operator doorgroeien naar een coördinerende rol in de houtbewerking? In West-Vlaanderen wacht je een vaste functie van onbepaalde duur met ruimte om stap voor stap teamcoach te worden.

Jouw rol en groeipad

  • Je stelt CNC-machines in, bedient en volgt ze op, en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je voert productieorders uit volgens de planning en technische werktekeningen.
  • Je meet onderdelen op, controleert de kwaliteit en signaleert afwijkingen.
  • Je werkt veilig en ordelijk en meldt technische storingen of onderhoudsnoden tijdig.
  • Na je inwerkperiode groei je geleidelijk naar taken als de dagstart voorbereiden, werk verdelen, collega's begeleiden en afstemmen met planning, onderhoud en de productiemanager. Ook het opvolgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement en het mee aansturen van verbeteracties maken deel uit van dat groeipad.

Deze rol past bij jou als je graag technisch vakmanschap combineert met verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om verder te groeien.

  • CNC-machines en houtbewerking voelen voor jou als bekend terrein; ervaring als CNC-operator en affiniteit met houtbewerking sluiten daarbij aan.
  • Je werkt vlot met CNC-bediening en WoodWOP en/of Maestro. Ook technisch inzicht en het lezen en interpreteren van werktekeningen passen bij jouw manier van werken.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en beslissingen durven nemen gaat je natuurlijk af, ook wanneer je het overzicht moet bewaren en prioriteiten moet stellen.
  • Je communiceert helder en blijft rustig wanneer je je standpunt verdedigt. Collega's kunnen bij je terecht voor begeleiding, feedback en ondersteuning bij hun groei.
  • Plannen en organiseren geven je houvast, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Je kijkt ernaar uit om op termijn verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor mensen en resultaten.
