Ben jij technisch sterk, organisatorisch ingesteld en voel je je thuis in een dynamische werfomgeving? Heb je affiniteit met bouwmachines, rollend materieel en technische installaties? Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de infrastructuur- en bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Coördinator Materieel die het verschil maakt tussen een vlotte werfwerking en stilstand.Jouw uitdagingAls Coördinator Materieel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van het machinepark en zorg je ervoor dat elk project beschikt over het juiste materieel op het juiste moment. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en externe partners om een efficiënte en veilige inzet van machines te garanderen.Jouw taken

  • Organiseren van de aan- en afmelding van materieel via verhuurpartners en bestaande raamcontracten.
  • Coördineren van de inzet van eigen en gehuurd rollend materieel.
  • Uitvoeren van in- en out-surveys bij levering en retour van machines.
  • Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van schadegevallen op de werf.
  • Adviseren van project- en werfleiding bij de keuze van het meest geschikte materieel.
  • Controleren van de veilige en correcte inzet van machines op diverse werven.
  • Opvolgen van wettelijke keuringen, inspecties en conformiteit van het materieel.
  • Technische controles uitvoeren op gehuurde machines en materieel.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen rond bouwmachines en rollend materieel.
  • Controleren en valideren van tariferingen en kostenregistraties.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt interesse in bouwmachines, kranen, werfmaterieel en technische installaties.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je voelt je goed in een hands-on omgeving waar korte communicatielijnen centraal staan.
