Een ontwikkelaar met oog voor kwalitatieve woonprojecten

De organisatie realiseert woonprojecten die aansluiten bij hun omgeving.

Jouw rol in de ontwikkeling

  • Je brengt potentiële projectgronden en afbraakpanden in kaart en beoordeelt hun mogelijkheden.
  • Je voert vooronderzoeken en haalbaarheidsstudies uit, met marktanalyses en rentabiliteitsberekeningen.
  • Je organiseert en leidt commerciële gesprekken met grondeigenaars, makelaars en andere betrokkenen.
  • Je onderhandelt over voorwaarden en stelt overeenkomsten op.
  • Je bouwt contacten op met notarissen, gemeentebesturen en eigenaars, en volgt ontwikkelingen in de vastgoedmarkt.

  • Stedenbouw en ruimtelijke ordening zijn voor jou vertrouwde begrippen, en je weet die kennis met vastgoed te verbinden.
