Dan is deze functie als Inside Sales Medewerker Verhuur misschien jouw volgende uitdaging.Voor een internationale speler in logistiek materiaal en intern transport zoeken we een commerciële binnendienstmedewerker die klanten ondersteunt bij korte termijn verhuur van machines.Geen ervaring met heftrucks of intern transport? Geen probleem – je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding.Heb je ambitie, een hands-on mentaliteit en wil je groeien in een commerciële rol? Dan ben jij mogelijk de ideale kandidaat.Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s die een machine willen huren. Je analyseert hun noden en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van offertes, orders en administratie.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beantwoorden van huuraanvragen via telefoon en e-mail van klanten en interne medewerkers.
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en adviseren over de juiste machines of heftrucks.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en verhuurcontracten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werkplaats en technische teams voor de planning en opvolging van werkopdrachten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers, inclusief facturatie.
  • Onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten en meedenken over nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor collega’s binnen de verhuurafdeling.
  • Je bent klantgericht en service minded.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in sales, commerciële binnendienst of verhuur.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en planmatig.
  • Je werkt graag in team en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, met een basiskennis van Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met digitale tools en pc-toepassingen.
