Zoek je een voltijdse of 4/5de functie in de media, met een 38-urenweek en op vrijdag werken tot 16 uur? Als onthaalmedewerker in Zedelgem ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van een mediagroep en combineer je contact met bezoekers met uiteenlopende administratieve taken.

Je werkt vanuit de hoofdzetel van een groeiende mediagroep.

Jouw rol aan het onthaal

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en beantwoordt inkomende vragen.
  • Je beheert de telefonie en verbindt gesprekken door naar de juiste collega’s.
  • Je verzorgt de postverwerking en maakt vergaderzalen klaar.
  • Je volgt abonnementen administratief op en ondersteunt verschillende interne diensten.
  • Wanneer nodig spring je bij voor de klantenservice.

In deze functie stem je je werk af met collega’s uit verschillende interne diensten.

MERIT brengt inhoudelijke expertise en persoonlijke begeleiding samen bij de rekrutering van hogere functies. Voor deze opportuniteit stelt MERIT een rol voor binnen een mediagroep, waar het onthaal en de administratieve ondersteuning bijdragen aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking. De begeleiding vertrekt vanuit aandacht voor de inhoud van de functie en voor de persoon die erin aan de slag gaat.

In deze onthaalfunctie komt jouw warme, professionele manier van contact maken mooi samen met een nauwkeurige, georganiseerde aanpak.

  • Bezoekers, klanten en abonnees voelen zich bij jou welkom: klantvriendelijkheid en een representatieve houding passen van nature bij je.
  • Je brengt structuur in je werk, neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ook bij verschillende taken tegelijk het overzicht.
  • Administratieve taken liggen je goed en je schakelt vlot wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk, hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Frans en kent de basis van het Engels.
  • Ervaring in onthaal of administratie is mooi meegenomen; ook zonder die ervaring kan deze functie bij je passen.
