Wil jij mee zorgen dat verse groenten en fruit vlot hun bestemming bereiken? Als voltijdse Senior Transportplanner in de groothandel, regio Antwerpen, draag je bij aan een dagelijkse logistieke stroom waarin snel schakelen telt.

Een belangrijke schakel in de versketen

De organisatie brengt verse producten via verschillende logistieke processen naar distributiecentra en winkels.

Zo maak jij het verschil

  • Je plant en volgt ritten voor chauffeurs en charters zelfstandig op.
  • Je stuurt chauffeurs aan en verwerkt de nodige transportdocumenten.
  • Je houdt de planning voortdurend in het oog en grijpt proactief in bij wijzigingen of vertragingen.
  • Je analyseert knelpunten, stelt oplossingen voor en helpt processen en planningstools verbeteren.
  • Je stemt af met transport, magazijn en andere operationele teams en deelt je ervaring met collega’s.

Je werkt in ploegendiensten van 6.00 tot 14.00 uur of van 14.00 tot 22.00 uur. Daarnaast neem je deel aan een weekendrotatie van één op vijf weekends, met diensten op zaterdag van 6.00 tot 14.00 uur en zondag van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur.

  • Transportplanning, dispatching of een vergelijkbare planningsfunctie binnen logistiek of transport voelt voor jou als vertrouwd terrein.
  • Je brengt een bachelordiploma mee of hebt door je ervaring een gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau opgebouwd.
  • Nederlands beheers je vlot, en ook in het Frans en Engels weet je je goed uit te drukken.
  • MS Office en Excel gebruik je met vertrouwen; kennis van planningstools zoals SAP/TM is een mooie troef.
  • Je houdt je hoofd koel wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en combineert zelfstandig beslissen met een coachende, collegiale houding. Ploegendiensten en een weekendrotatie passen bij jouw beschikbaarheid.
