Dan is deze functie als Supply Chain Medewerker een interessante volgende stap in jouw carrière.Voor een innovatieve organisatie actief in elektronica en productie zoeken we een supply chain professional die wil meewerken aan efficiënte aankoop- en logistieke processen.Jouw rol binnen de supply chainIn deze functie ondersteun je verschillende supply chain activiteiten, van aankoop tot voorraadbeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met teams zoals sales, productie en kwaliteitscontrole om processen vlot te laten verlopen.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van inkoopprocessen zoals het voorbereiden van aankooporders en het beheren van inkoopdocumentatie.
  • Zorgen voor een correct en nauwkeurig voorraadbeheer en het opvolgen van voorraadniveaus.
  • Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers om tijdige en correcte leveringen te garanderen.
  • Administratief beheer van documenten zoals facturen, pakbonnen en leveringsbewijzen.
  • Analyseren van supply chain data om trends te detecteren en optimalisaties voor te stellen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om logistieke processen en productieplanning te verbeteren.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en interesse in elektronica en PCB’s.
  • Analytisch sterk en goed in planning en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt al ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Hands-on ingesteld, communicatief en een echte teamplayer.
