The posting

Als Transportplanner zorg je voor een optimale inzet van het eigen wagenpark en bewaak je een vlotte uitvoering van zowel deelpartijen als volle vrachten. Je werkt hiervoor met een Transport Management Systeem (TMS) en houdt steeds het overzicht over de lopende transporten. Daarnaast sta je in voor de administratieve opvolging van transportopdrachten. Je maakt laad- en loslijsten op, boekt tijdsloten voor chauffeurs en verwerkt de nodige transportdocumenten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct en nauwkeurig geregistreerd worden. Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen tijdens hun ritten. Ook aan de chauffeursbalie sta je klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en oplossingen aan te reiken. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak signaleer je mogelijke knelpunten tijdig en werk je mee aan structurele verbeteringen binnen de transportorganisatie.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning en beschikt over een goede kennis van de rij- en rusttijdenwetgeving.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen en behoudt het overzicht, ook in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands, Engels en spreekt vlot en zelfzeker Duits. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
