Description du poste

  • Piloter la migration des applications Java 8 vers Java 17/21.
  • Analyser les impacts techniques, définir la stratégie de modernisation et les bonnes pratiques associées.
  • Concevoir et réaliser les évolutions nécessaires : refactoring, mise à jour des frameworks, optimisation du code.
  • Accompagner techniquement les développeurs : revue de code, pair programming, coaching.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Architecture, Développement et Produit pour garantir la cohérence technique.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pipelines CI/CD et de la qualité logicielle.
  • Assurer la documentation technique liée aux évolutions et aux choix d’architecture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en développement Java
  • Maîtrise des versions Java modernes (Java 11/17/21) et migration depuis Java 8.
  • Très bonne connaissance de Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle.
  • Expérience des environnements CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps…).
  • Bonne compréhension des architectures distribuées et des bonnes pratiques de développement.
  • Leadership technique, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à challenger l’existant.
  • Maitrise de l’anglais.
