The posting

Sie sorgen dafür, dass bei uns der Betrieb reibungslos läuft: vom Fuhrpark über den Materialnachschub bis zum fertig vorbereiteten Konferenzraum.

Fuhrpark

  • Vorstandsfahrten mit vorausschauender Zeit- und Routenplanung
  • Unterstützung im operativen Fuhrparkmanagement (Ankauf, Leasing, Schadensabwicklung, Verkauf)
  • Kostenprüfung, Rechnungsfreigabe und Reports

Logistik, Material & Druck

  • Einkauf, Verwaltung und Abrechnung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterial
  • Kuvertierung, Zeitschriftenverwaltung sowie Paket- und Werbeartikelversand
  • Aufbereitung von Drucksorten

Hausarbeit

  • Vorbereiten der Konferenzräume, Mitwirkung bei Veranstaltungen und Umzügen
  • Pflege der Gemeinschaftsflächen, Montagearbeiten, Archiv- und Warenverteilung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK/HLW, Lehre o. Ä.)
  • Führerschein B
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent, Verlässlichkeit, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Integrität, Diskretion und professionelles Auftreten
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

Wir besetzen diese Position ab sofort. Ein abweichender Eintrittstermin lässt sich gerne nach Absprache vereinbaren. Für eine 38,5-Stunden-Woche beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens € 39.250,54 (Funktionsgruppe II - Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Innendienstes der Versicherungsunternehmen). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird individuell festgelegt und berücksichtigt Ihre bisherigen Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen.
