Har du erfarenhet av IT-support och trivs i en roll med mycket kontakt med användare? Vi söker nu en onsite-tekniker till södra Stockholm, där du får arbeta nära verksamheten med support, felsökning och klienthantering och dagligen hjälpa användare med IT-problem på plats. Om företaget Mero söker nu en onsite-tekniker till vår kund i södra Stockholm för ett längre konsultuppdrag via oss på Mero. Du blir en del av den lokala IT-supporten och arbetar nära användarna i deras dagliga verksamhet. Mer information om verksamheten ges längre fram i processen. Om rollen I rollen är du ute i kundens miljö och arbetar nära användarna med support och felsökning i en Windowsbaserad IT-miljö. Du arbetar brett med hårdvara, mjukvara och klienthantering och hjälper användarna med både löpande support och praktiska IT-problem på plats. Arbetet kan bland annat innebära:

Installation, konfigurering och felsökning av datorer, skrivare och annan IT-utrustning

Support i Windows, Microsoft 365 och Citrix

Användar- och behörighetshantering i Active Directory och Microsoft Entra ID

Klienthantering i Microsoft Intune samt enklare felsökning av nätverksanslutningar

Om dig Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av IT-support, exempelvis från servicedesk eller onsite, och är van vid att felsöka och driva ärenden framåt. Du har en bra teknisk grund och tycker om att kombinera praktisk problemlösning med kontakt med användare. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av support i Windows och Microsoft 365

Vana av installation och felsökning av datorer och kringutrustning

Kommit i kontakt med Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID och gärna Intune

Grundläggande nätverkskunskaper och vana av att arbeta i ett ärendehanteringssystem

Som person är du serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och trygg i kontakten med användare. Du arbetar strukturerat, kan prioritera när flera saker händer samtidigt och förklarar tekniska lösningar på ett enkelt sätt. Du trivs med att vara ute i verksamheten och tar initiativ när du ser att något behöver lösas. För rollen krävs B-körkort samt goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
