Om företaget RRC Rail arbetar med byggnation, underhåll och utveckling av järnvägsinfrastruktur. Bolaget är en del av en större koncern och befinner sig i en tillväxtfas med ambition att fortsätta växa under de kommande åren. På kontoret i Arlöv möts du av en familjär arbetsmiljö med nära samarbete och korta beslutsvägar. Här får du möjlighet att påverka både arbetssätt och projektens genomförande, samtidigt som du blir en del av ett engagerat team med stark sammanhållning. Detta är en direktrekrytering där vi på Mero ansvarar för processen, men du anställs direkt av RRC Rail. Om rollen Som platschef ansvarar du för att planera, leda och samordna projekt inom järnvägsanläggning. Du arbetar nära produktionen och ser till att projekten drivs framåt enligt uppsatta mål för tid, ekonomi och kvalitet. Rollen innebär ett brett ansvar med många kontaktytor, där du har löpande dialog med beställare, medarbetare och underentreprenörer. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

Leda och samordna arbetet i projekten

Planera resurser, personal och produktion

Följa upp tidplaner, ekonomi och projektresultat

Säkerställa kvalitet, arbetsmiljö och säkerhet

Ha löpande kontakt med beställare och underentreprenörer

Bidra till planering, kalkyler och projektadministration

Om dig Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller projektledning inom entreprenad, gärna inom anläggning, mark eller infrastruktur. Kanske arbetar du idag som arbetsledare eller projektledare och vill ta nästa steg i en roll med större ansvar. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av att leda och samordna arbete inom entreprenad

God förståelse för produktion, planering och resursfördelning

Erfarenhet av ekonomisk uppföljning och projektadministration

God systemvana

B-körkort

Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet från järnvägsbranschen är meriterande, men inget krav. Som person är du strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trygg i att ta ansvar. Du trivs med att arbeta nära produktionen, har lätt för att samarbeta med olika människor och tycker om att driva arbetet framåt. Övrig information
