Om oss Mervida AB är ett omsorgsbolag med verksamhet inom hemtjänst, boendestöd och ledsagning. Vi befinner oss i en spännande tillväxtfas och har idag cirka 400 medarbetare fördelade på 10 enheter i Stockholm och Norrköping. Vi söker nu en erfaren och engagerad samordnare till vår hemtjänstverksamhet i Hägersten, en nyckelperson som vill bidra till att utveckla och kvalitetssäkra vår verksamhet. Om tjänsten Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Du arbetar från vårt kontor i Hägersten och ansvarar för samordningen av den dagliga driften inom hemtjänsten. I rollen ingår även kundbesök vid behov. Som samordnare är du en central kontaktpunkt mellan kunder, medarbetare, biståndshandläggare och ledning. Du planerar, schemalägger, hanterar frånvaro och säkerställer att rätt insatser utförs i rätt tid. Arbetet kräver god organisationsförmåga, struktur och kommunikation. En viktig del av uppdraget är att följa upp dokumentation, genomförandeplaner och övrig administration kopplad till hemtjänstverksamheten. Vi fäster stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du är:

positiv, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande

noggrann, strukturerad och har lätt för att följa upp och slutföra uppgifter

trygg i att fatta beslut och kan prioritera även under tidspress

en prestigelös lagspelare som värdesätter gott samarbete

Du behöver ha mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska, både i tal och skrift, samt ha ett professionellt och respektfullt bemötande. Kvalifikationer

Relevant erfarenhet av samordning och planering inom hemtjänst (krav)

God datorvana och administrativ förmåga

Erfarenhet av planeringssystemet Epsilon är meriterande

Utbildning som undersköterska är önskvärd

Språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska

Körkort

Omfattning: 100 %

Arbetstid: vardagar kl. 07.00–16.00 (undantag kan förekomma)

Tillträde: enligt överenskommelse
