Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Planung, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren Testautomatisierungsarchitektur
  • Entwicklung, Wartung und Ausführung automatisierter Tests auf Basis fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Testskripten sowie Integration automatisierter Tests in unsere CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Analyse und Auswertung von Testergebnissen, Erstellung technischer Reports und Unterstützung bei der Testdokumentation
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung der CI/CD-Infrastruktur zur automatisierten Bereitstellung, Testdurchführung und Deployment
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Test- und Integrationsumgebungen über alle Entwicklungs- und Teststufen hinweg
  • Implementierung von Monitoring-, Statistik- und Reporting-Lösungen zur Qualitätssicherung und Performanceüberwachung
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Versionskontrollsystemen sowie Unterstützung beim Release Management
  • Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Datensicherung und Wiederherstellbarkeit in den Testumgebungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung und im Umgang mit modernen CI/CD-Tools (z. B. TeamCity, Jenkins, SonarQube)
  • Sicherer Umgang sowie in modernen Testautomatisierungstools (TestRail)
  • Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen wie Python, Bash oder C# sowie Erfahrung mit Testframeworks und API-/UI-Testtools
  • Erfahrung mit Containerisierung und Virtualisierung (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes, VMware)
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Build- und Testinfrastrukturen
  • Verständnis agiler Entwicklungsprozesse (Scrum, Kanban) und Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Kenntnisse oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich AI/ML-Integration sind wünschenswert
