Voor deze functie zoeken we bij Mestdagh Fine Mechanical Supplier geen ervaren CNC-specialist, wel iemand met de juiste mindset. Iemand met een sterke interesse in mechanica, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en voldoening haalt uit vakmanschap. Je krijgt bij ons de kans om stap voor stap uit te groeien tot een sterke CNC-draaier/-frezer binnen een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit

Als junior CNC-draaier/-frezer maak je deel uit van een ervaren team dat je begeleidt in alle facetten van het vak. Je leert werken met moderne CNC-machines en bouwt dagelijks nieuwe kennis en ervaring op. Geen dag is dezelfde dankzij de combinatie van seriewerk en prototyping.

Dit ga je doen:

  • onze CNC-draai- en freesmachines instellen en bedienen
  • technische tekeningen leren lezen en correct interpreteren
  • werkstukken meten en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren
  • meewerken aan zowel seriewerk als prototypes
  • stap voor stap leren programmeren en processen begrijpen
  • je technische kennis verder ontwikkelen samen met ervaren collega’s

… je graag met techniek bezig bent en jezelf verder wil ontwikkelen. Jaren ervaring zijn geen must. Motivatie, leergierigheid en oog voor detail des te meer. Bovendien haal je voldoening uit precisiewerk en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving met hoge afwerkingsgraad.

Het geschikte profiel heeft:

  • een technische opleiding of een stevige technische basis
  • interesse in CNC-technieken, draaien en frezen
  • affiniteit met precisiewerk
  • de ambitie om bij te leren en door te groeien

Wanneer je ook deze zaken kunt afvinken, heb je een streepje voor:

  • eerste ervaring via stage, opleiding of werk
