1.热爱游戏行业，深度熟悉《我的世界》《迷你世界》《蛋仔派对》《Roblox》《创游编辑器》《橙光》等热门游戏，拥有丰富的多元游戏体验，对休闲、派对等主流游戏玩法有清晰且深入的认知； 2.具备良好的视频剪辑能力，对热点趋势和网络梗敏感，能够快速捕捉亮点并进行模仿、改编与创新； 3.对 TikTok、YouTube 等海外平台内容调性熟悉，有相关运营经验或作品者优先； 4.熟悉任意游戏编辑器（Unity、UE4、RPGMarker等……），有一定的游戏策划/制作经验，在观赏、玩法设计、图形化编程等任一方向较为精通，有制作过游戏/参加过GameJam的优先考虑； 5.具备主动学习和创新精神，对UGC作品打造有一定经验及认知，工具使用上手快；善于表达沟通，有良好的人际协作能力和抗压能力。
