1.协调跟进游戏产品的研发进程，统筹游戏评估、测试、预约、上线、版本更新等发行节点，制定各阶段执行计划并推动顺利落地； 2.结合产品特点与用户画像，参与制定游戏商业化设计框架，完成商业化内容规划，持续优化付费转化与长线收益； 3.收集与挖掘玩家需求，把控版本质量与完成度，打造高粘性、有归属感的玩家社区生态； 4.负责制定推广策略、版本排期及福利活动计划，策划贴合玩家兴趣的创意内容与节点营销方案； 5.监控分析运营数据、商业化数据及用户反馈，定位问题痛点，驱动游戏体验与运营策略的持续优化； 6.协调内外部资源，保障游戏上线后各阶段目标的达成，推动产品在生命周期内的持续增长； 7.完成上级交办的其他任务，积极协作，共同成长。

1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏发行/运营相关经验，有完整项目上线经历者优先； 2.具备商业化设计与调优经验，对商业化设计有实操理解，能够通过数据驱动商业化策略优化； 3.具备优秀的数据分析能力，能通过数据反馈持续优化运营策略，有问题拆解与问题解决能力； 4.具备优秀的沟通协调能力，跨团队协作精神及项目推动力，面对突发状况能迅速响应并寻找解决方法； 5.对游戏市场及玩家需求有敏锐洞察，具备优秀的跨部门沟通与资源协调能力。
