  • Translate complex policy positions, product announcements, and corporate narratives into accessible, engaging visual content that resonates with diverse global audiences
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, policy communications, and cross-functional teams including product, legal, and government affairs to align creative content with broader communications strategy
  • Establish and maintain a content calendar that coordinates executive social activity with major company milestones, policy moments, product launches, and external events
  • Identify proactive opportunities for executives to engage publicly on emerging policy, technology, and cultural moments, developing rapid-response content recommendations
  • Analyze social performance data and audience engagement signals to inform creative decisions and optimize content strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in content creation, video production, digital communications, or social media strategy, with direct experience producing photo and video content for senior executives or public figures
  • Experience capturing professional photo and video content, including hands-on setup and operation of camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Experience concepting and developing creative ideas for social content that support broader communications or marketing programs
  • Experience with video editing software and post-production workflows, including use of AI-powered editing tools
  • Experience developing social content strategies and producing platform-native content across social platforms
  • Experience using social analytics and performance data to evaluate content effectiveness and inform creative decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing rapid-response content production during high-stakes policy, regulatory, or reputational moments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across a matrixed organization with multiple cross-functional communications partners including legal, policy, and product teams
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
