The posting

Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) within our Monetization Partnerships organization. These partners — including firms like Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, etc — serve as critical multipliers in Meta's partner ecosystem, enabling enterprise clients to activate Meta's products at scale through implementation services, managed solutions, and AI-powered delivery.

This role will own the end-to-end strategic relationship with one or more top-tier GSIs, driving incremental revenue by enabling partners to build practices around Meta's monetization products — including ads, business messaging, commerce, and emerging AI agent capabilities. You will serve as the connective tissue between Meta's product roadmap and the partner's go-to-market execution, translating product capabilities into scaled revenue through joint solutions development and co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic relationship with top-tier Global System Integrators as primary point of contact across executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders
  • Define and execute a partner business plan encompassing revenue targets, product adoption milestones, and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Drive incremental monetization revenue by enabling GSI partners to build and scale practices around Meta solutions
  • Influence Meta's product roadmap through structured partner feedback loops; synthesize market insights from GSI engagements to inform product strategy
  • Develop and execute partner enablement strategies that accelerate GSI capability-building
  • Coordinate across Product, Partner Engineering, Sales, BD and Marketing to unlock partner-driven growth opportunities and resolve operational blockers
  • Represent Meta in executive meetings with GSI leadership; build and maintain C-suite relationships that drive long-term strategic alignment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic account management in digital advertising, marketing technology, or enterprise software
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with Global System Integrators, management consultancies, or enterprise technology services firms
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue and/or product adoption through partner channels
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through partner and market insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Experience applying analytical methods to size market opportunities (TAM), prioritize partner investments, and measure partner performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Familiarity with Meta's advertising, business messaging, or commerce products
  • Direct experience working at or with Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar Global System Integrators
  • Experience with AI/ML go-to-market motions — particularly enabling partners to deliver AI-powered solutions (e.g., agentic workflows, automation, GenAI applications)
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and partner ecosystems relevant to digital advertising, commerce, or business messaging
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
