Poažadujeme: - Vysokoškolské vzdělání ekonomického nebo finančního směru. - Minimálně 5 let zkušeností na vedoucí finanční pozici, ideálně ve výrobní společnosti s mezinárodním přesahem. - Zkušenosti s finančním řízením, controllingem, treasury, řízením cash flow a pracovního kapitálu. - Výbornou znalost finančního modelování, finančních analýz a tvorby strategických finančních scénářů. - Výbornou znalost mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS. - Profesní kvalifikaci ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) nebo CFA (Chartered - Financial Analyst), případně srovnatelnou mezinárodně uznávanou profesní kvalifikaci, výhodou. - Pokročilou znalost MS Excel a PowerPoint (znalost Power BI výhodou). - Plynulou znalost anglického jazyka slovem i písmem; znalost dalšího cizího jazyka výhodou. - Silné analytické, strategické a organizační schopnosti. - Přirozené manažerské schopnosti, zkušenosti s vedením týmu a výborné komunikační a prezentační dovednosti. - Vysokou míru odpovědnosti, samostatnosti a profesionální integrity.Náplň práce: - Odpovědnost za finanční strategii společnosti a její realizaci ve spolupráci s představenstvem. - Řízení finančního plánování, controllingu, reportingu, treasury, cash flow forecastingu a pracovního kapitálu. - Tvorba finančních modelů, ekonomických analýz a scénářů podporujících strategická rozhodnutí společnosti. - Odpovědnost za účetní závěrky, finanční reporting a aplikaci mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS. - Identifikace, vyhodnocování a řízení finančních rizik. - Zajištění efektivního financování společnosti a zastupování společnosti při jednání s bankami, auditory, investory a dalšími finančními institucemi. - Sledování legislativních změn a implementace efektivních účetních a daňových postupů. - Nastavování a rozvoj interních finančních procesů a kontrolních mechanismů. - Vedení, motivace a rozvoj týmu přibližně 10 zaměstnanců. - Aktivní spolupráce s vrcholovým vedením při strategickém řízení společnosti. - Práce ve VelvarechNabízíme: - Klíčovou manažerskou pozici ve stabilní české společnosti s mezinárodním působením - Možnost podílet se na strategickém směřování a dalším rozvoji společnosti - Práci v moderním výrobním prostředí s důrazem na inovace a investice - Odpovídající finanční ohodnocení manažerské pozice - 13.plat - 5 týdnů dovolené - Služební automobil i k soukromým účelům - Možnost bydlení ve Velvarech - Širokou škálu zaměstnaneckých benefitůKontakt telefonicky - Po - Pá - 9:00 - 16:00 hod nebo e-mailem.
