METALINE est une ESN spécialisée dans l’infogérance, les services managés et le Digital Work Place. Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Analyste Système Produits et Outils de mobilité IT (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

👉 Assurer le cycle de vie des terminaux mobiles (iPad, Zebra, TC77, imprimantes mobiles, tablettes durcies...) : choix du matériel, qualification, mise en production, intégration dans les outils MDM, mise au catalogue et support de niveau 3.

👉 Accompagner les métiers et les équipes Business Relation Management (BRM) dans leurs projets liés aux équipements mobiles, en apportant une expertise technique, des recommandations et une communication adaptée aux interlocuteurs techniques comme fonctionnels.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des solutions MDM (Mobile Device Management) et de la gestion des terminaux mobiles (enrôlement, administration, déploiement).
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Apple (iOS/iPadOS) et Android.
  • Connaissances des produits et outils de mobilité IT.
  • Capacité à assurer le support technique de niveau 3.
  • Analyse des besoins métiers et recommandations sur le choix des équipements.
  • Connaissances des méthodologies Agile.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet.
  • Anglais professionnel (niveau B2 minimum).

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellent esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Capacité à investiguer des incidents impliquant plusieurs équipes internes et partenaires.
  • Excellentes capacités de synthèse et de vulgarisation.
  • Aisance dans la réalisation de présentations et de documentations techniques.
  • Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et rigueur.
  • Bonne communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+3 à Bac+5).
  • Expérience confirmée dans l'administration et la gestion de terminaux mobiles en environnement d'entreprise.
  • Expérience sur des solutions MDM et sur les environnements Apple et Android.
  • Une expérience en environnement Agile et dans la conduite de projets IT est fortement appréciée.
