Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien proximité junior pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support de proximité auprès des utilisateurs.
  • Installer, configurer et dépanner les postes de travail et équipements informatiques.
  • Gérer le parc informatique et les déploiements de matériels et logiciels.
  • Garantir la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement des équipements.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows et Microsoft 365.
  • Connaissances en gestion de parc informatique et Active Directory.
  • Expérience sur les outils ITSM, idéalement ServiceNow.
  • Maîtrise des équipements mobiles Android et iOS.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Sens du service et orientation utilisateur.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et organisation.
  • Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité d'adaptation et gestion des priorités.

Expérience et formation

  • Première expérience réussie en support informatique de proximité ou helpdesk
  • Formation Bac à Bac+2 en informatique (Systèmes et Réseaux, SIO ou équivalent).
