Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins stratégiques de l’un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur bancaire et financier international, nous recherchons un Service Delivery Manager / Datacenter Project Manager.

Vous interviendrez directement chez le client, au sein d’un environnement à très forte criticité, supportant des applications cœur de métier liées aux activités de banque d’investissement et de services institutionnels. Les infrastructures concernées sont distribuées à l’échelle européenne et internationale, avec des enjeux forts de disponibilité, sécurité, performance et faible latence.

Missions principales

Vos missions

  • Piloter la delivery et les projets datacenter dans des environnements critiques (colocation, low latency, CIB)
  • Gérer le cycle de vie complet des services : circuits, cross-connects, serveurs, racking et câblage
  • Coordonner les équipes internes (réseau, infra, ITO) et les prestataires / opérateurs de colocation
  • Superviser les interventions sur site (France & Europe), tests, mises en production et contrôles post-opération
  • Contribuer à la conception des layouts, à l'optimisation des implantations et au respect des standards datacenter
  • Participer à la formalisation des procédures, à la gestion des inventaires (CMDB) et à l'amélioration continue
  • Agir en référent technique datacenter et remonter les risques opérationnels en mode projet

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience confirmée dans les environnements Datacenter critiques, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou financier
  • Connaissance des infrastructures physiques Datacenter (UPS, groupes électrogènes, climatisation, sécurité, vidéosurveillance, etc.)
  • Expertise en installation hardware et en câblage (cuivre, fibre, L1, TAP, matrices)
  • Expérience avec des équipements et constructeurs reconnus (Cisco, Arista, Dell, etc.)
  • Connaissance approfondie des environnements de colocation et des fournisseurs d’hébergement
  • Maîtrise des processus ITIL
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans des contextes exigeants

Aptitudes et compétences relationnelles

  • Rigueur et sens aigu du détail
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de priorisation
  • Très bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en transverse
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
  • Capacité à garder une posture calme et structurée dans des environnements à forte criticité
  • Esprit d’équipe et sens du service

Expérience et formation

  • Bac +3 minimum (ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée en environnement Datacenter
  • Expérience confirmée en pilotage d’équipes techniques ou de prestataires
  • Mobilité requise pour des déplacements réguliers en Europe
  • Disponibilité pour interventions planifiées hors heures ouvrées
