Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e DevOps CI/CD Engineer (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

Industrialisation & Automatisation CI/CD

  • Concevoir, opérer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD robustes, sécurisés et optimisés (performances, temps de build, coûts).
  • Automatiser l'ensemble des processus de build, test, déploiement et rollback pour les applications cloud et hybrides.
  • Intégrer les contrôles de sécurité (DevSecOps) ainsi que les outils d’observabilité et de monitoring dans les chaînes de déploiement.

Architecture Plateforme & Support aux Équipes

  • Contribuer à la plateforme self-service / Internal Developer Platform (IDP via Backstage) et à l'intégration des composants clés (Landing Zone, IAM, réseau).
  • Développer et standardiser les templates et blueprints (pipelines, IaC avec Terraform et Ansible).
  • Accompagner les équipes produits dans leur montée en compétences et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques DevOps (shift-left, GitOps, automation).

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • GitLab CI — Confirmé (Impératif)
  • Terraform — Confirmé (Impératif)
  • Ansible — Confirmé (Impératif)
  • Scripting (Bash, Python) — Confirmé (Impératif)
  • Conteneurisation & Orchestration : Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Environnements Cloud : Pratique d'au moins un Cloud Public (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Gestion de code & Sécurité : Git (workflows avancés), HashiCorp Vault.

Atouts appréciés :

  • Expérience sur une Internal Developer Platform (Backstage ou équivalent).
  • Maîtrise des concepts FinOps et des stratégies GitOps.
  • Pratique des outils d’observabilité (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
  • Connaissance du cadre méthodologique SAFe / Agile à l'échelle.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Forte capacité de collaboration transverse (équipes produit, infra, sécurité).
  • Esprit d’amélioration continue, autonomie et proactivité.
  • Rigueur, sens de la qualité et orientation résultats/delivery.
  • Capacité à vulgariser les sujets techniques et à accompagner le changement.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience : Profil Confirmé (3 ans d'expérience minimum sur un rôle similaire en environnement cloud/DevOps).
  • Langues : Français (courant), Anglais professionnel (indispensable pour l'environnement technique).
