Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e en Conduite du Changement & Adoption Point de Vente pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Définition de la stratégie d'accompagnement : Concevoir la stratégie globale incluant la formation, la communication et l'analyse des impacts organisationnels dès l'amont des projets.
  • Pilotage de la Conduite du Changement : Rédiger et produire les livrables associés au plan de change (cadrage, conception, réalisation, déploiement) en coordination étroite avec les Product Owners et les équipes delivery.
  • Communication et Mobilisation : Coordonner les actions de communication, définir les canaux, les messages et les temporalités, et animer les réseaux de relais et d'ambassadeurs.
  • Amélioration continue et mesure de l'adoption : Suivre l'utilisation réelle des solutions en RUN, identifier les écarts entre les usages attendus et constatés, et ajuster les dispositifs de remédiation (formation ciblée, accompagnement).
  • Encadrement opérationnel : Participer au dimensionnement des besoins et structurer le cadre méthodologique du change sur les projets.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise experte des méthodologies, outils et pratiques de Conduite du Changement.
  • Expérience avérée dans la conception et le déploiement de plans de communication et de plans de formation orientés adoption.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements de travail agiles, orientés produits ou projets.
  • Capacité à produire des supports clairs, à vulgariser des concepts complexes et à les rendre accessibles à tous.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Solide capacité d'animation, de pilotage transverse et d'influence sans lien hiérarchique.
  • Orientation utilisateur marquée et fort sens du terrain.
  • Esprit d'analyse, de synthèse, d'autonomie et de pragmatisme.
  • Excellentes qualités redactionnelles et relationnelles pour interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience : Profil senior / Expert justifiant de plus de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle, notamment en management de la qualité, conduite du changement ou pilotage de processus complexes.
  • Une expérience réussie dans le secteur de la grande distribution ou au sein d'organisations hybrides retail / IT sera fortement appréciée.
