Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e SAP Senior FI/CO/SD/PS Fonctionnel pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le support fonctionnel et la TMA sur les modules SAP FI, CO/PS, SD et CATS.
  • Traiter les tickets utilisateurs et les incidents de production via JIRA.
  • Analyser et qualifier les anomalies fonctionnelles.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs métiers dans la résolution de leurs problématiques.
  • Faire le lien entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques afin d’identifier l’origine des anomalies.
  • Participer à la compréhension et à la formalisation des spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Accompagner la transition vers SAP S/4HANA.
  • Préparer et animer des ateliers avec les métiers, end-users, key users et équipes SI.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise fonctionnelle de SAP FI, CO/PS et SD.
  • Bonne connaissance du module CATS.
  • Expérience significative en TMA et support applicatif SAP.
  • Maîtrise du traitement des tickets et incidents de production via JIRA.
  • Capacité à analyser et qualifier les anomalies fonctionnelles.
  • Bonne compréhension des spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Expérience sur SAP S/4HANA ou dans un contexte de migration.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellent relationnel avec les utilisateurs et les équipes métiers.
  • Capacité à vulgariser et expliquer les problématiques fonctionnelles.
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec les équipes techniques.
  • Capacité à faire le lien entre les besoins métiers et les solutions techniques.
  • Expérience dans l’animation d’ateliers.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’analyse.
  • Bonne communication orale et écrite.
  • Compréhension de l’anglais.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience significative en tant que Consultant SAP Fonctionnel.
  • Profil Senior, autonome et opérationnel.
  • Expérience confirmée en TMA et support applicatif.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d’information ou domaine équivalent.

Informations complémentaires

  • TJM candidat : 440 à 560 € / jour
  • Salaire brut annuel : 62 800 à 79 940 €
