Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Senior SAP MDG / Master Data Governance (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Vos missions :

  • Participer à la définition du périmètre Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Animer et piloter les ateliers Master Data ainsi que les sessions Fit-to-Template MDG.
  • Contribuer à la construction et à la structuration du Data Object Inventory.
  • Analyser et documenter les volumes de données, les systèmes sources, les propriétaires des données (Data Owners) et leur niveau de qualité.
  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie de migration des données (Data Migration Strategy).
  • Contribuer au mapping des données vers SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Accompagner les équipes métier et techniques sur les enjeux de qualité, de gouvernance et de fiabilisation des données.
  • Veiller à la cohérence des données de référence dans le cadre du déploiement du Global Template.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes du projet afin de garantir la bonne prise en compte des exigences liées aux données.

Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans des environnements SAP et Master Data et disposez d’une expertise confirmée en SAP MDG, gestion des données de référence et gouvernance des données.

Vous êtes capable d’intervenir de manière autonome auprès des équipes métier et techniques, notamment dans l’animation d’ateliers et la préparation des activités de migration.

Compétences indispensables

  • Expertise confirmée en SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
  • Expérience en Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Bonne maîtrise des enjeux de Data Governance et Data Quality.
  • Expérience dans l’animation et le pilotage d’ateliers Master Data et Fit-to-Template.
  • Participation à des projets SAP de type Rollout ou Global Template.
  • Expérience en stratégie et préparation de migration des données.
  • Capacité à construire et exploiter un Data Object Inventory : volumes, systèmes sources, ownership et qualité des données.
  • Français courant ou professionnel indispensable.
  • Résidence en France et capacité à intervenir à Paris selon les modalités du projet.

Compétences appréciées

  • Expérience sur SAP S/4HANA.
  • Maîtrise de SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Plusieurs expériences de déploiement de Global Template ou de projets Rollout.
  • Expérience concrète en mapping et migration de données.
  • Capacité à piloter de manière autonome des ateliers avec les équipes métier.
  • Expertise transverse combinant SAP MDG, Data Quality et Data Migration.
