Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Technicien Workday pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

Support & résolution des incidents (N2)

  • Prise en charge des tickets via SMAX.
  • Diagnostic des anomalies techniques/fonctionnelles.
  • Respect des SLA, qualité des réponses.

Amélioration continue & expertise Workday

  • Mise à jour de la base de connaissances et supports de formation.
  • Analyse des incidents récurrents et propositions d’optimisation.

Tests & évolutions

  • Participation aux campagnes de tests.
  • Détection des bugs et validation des correctifs.

Accompagnement utilisateurs

  • Support pédagogique et proximité terrain.
  • Collaboration avec les experts RH pour comprendre les besoins.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise de Workday Core RH.
  • Connaissances en processus RH et notions de droit social.
  • Compréhension des environnements SIRH.
  • Aisance avec les outils de ticketing.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Sens du service et pédagogie.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, organisation.
  • Esprit d’équipe et communication claire.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience en support SIRH, idéalement Workday.
  • Formation RH, SIRH ou informatique de gestion.
