Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Coordinateur Technique (CT) Réparation (F/H/X) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Piloter les réparations à réaliser sur les aérostructures A320 avant leur expédition vers le site de Montoir-de-Bretagne.
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes impliquées dans les réparations : CDT / Production, Qualité / Dérogation et Logistique.
  • Organiser et animer les workshops de réparation.
  • Assurer le suivi et la bonne coordination des actions nécessaires à la réalisation des réparations.
  • Garantir la cohérence globale des réparations avec les Coordinateurs Techniques Réparation / Amélioration intervenant sur les autres postes de la chaîne de production.
  • Assurer une bonne communication entre les différents interlocuteurs afin de garantir le respect des objectifs de production et de qualité.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissance des processus de réparation appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements de production aéronautique.
  • Profil issu de la préparation, des Méthodes ou du Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes autour d'un même sujet technique.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellent sens de la coordination et de l'organisation.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à fédérer les différents acteurs.
  • Rigueur et réactivité.
  • Aisance dans l'animation de réunions et de workshops.
  • Capacité à suivre plusieurs sujets simultanément et à assurer leur bonne avancée.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience en Préparation, Méthodes ou Manufacturing Engineering fortement appréciée.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la réparation constitue un plus.
