Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert.e Control-M pour renforcer les équipes en charge des solutions d’ordonnancement et d’automatisation.

Missions principales

  • Déployer, administrer et maintenir les solutions d’ordonnancement sur l’ensemble des plateformes OPEN.
  • Animer et suivre des projets techniques : migration d’infrastructures Control-M, upgrades de versions, traitement des vulnérabilités et évolutions des solutions.
  • Participer à la conception des solutions techniques, au choix des technologies, des plateformes et des architectures.
  • Assurer le support de niveau 3 et participer à l’administration quotidienne des environnements.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes spécifiques pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins et aux évolutions technologiques.
  • Participer aux projets d’automatisation et d’industrialisation des scripts et modules Control-M.
  • Piloter les besoins liés à l’industrialisation, l’automatisation et l’autonomie des utilisateurs via les API.
  • Assurer l’interface avec les éditeurs pour le suivi des incidents et la mise en œuvre des évolutions produits.
  • Définir et faire respecter les normes techniques afin de standardiser et industrialiser les processus de production.
  • Maintenir la cohérence des référentiels techniques et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédures.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique, les procédures d’exploitation et les consignes.
  • Former les utilisateurs aux solutions déployées.
  • Travailler en coordination avec les équipes en charge de l’administration courante des outils, notamment dans un contexte international en anglais.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise de BMC Control-M V9 et des outils d’ordonnancement.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, Unix (HP-UX, Solaris, AIX) et Linux (SUSE, Red Hat, Debian).
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements de virtualisation : VMware, Proxmox, Scaleway.
  • Maîtrise du scripting Shell et PowerShell.
  • Très bonnes connaissances en administration systèmes, réseaux et sécurité.
  • Excellente maîtrise des Webservices et des API.
  • Connaissances des bases de données Sybase, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL et SQL Server.
  • Connaissance des outils et processus ITIL, UML, CI/CD, Jenkins et Git.
  • Une connaissance de TWS, Beta48, Zcentric et des environnements Mainframe est appréciée.
  • Forte appétence pour l’automatisation et l’industrialisation des processus.

  • Curiosité et veille technologique.
  • Ténacité et capacité à résoudre des problématiques techniques complexes.
  • Sens de l’écoute et excellente communication.

  • Capacité à travailler en coordination avec différents interlocuteur·rice·s.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative sur des environnements d’ordonnancement et d’administration des infrastructures IT.
  • Expertise confirmée sur Control-M et expérience des projets d’automatisation, d’industrialisation ou d’évolution d’infrastructures.
  • Anglais professionnel requis pour les échanges avec les équipes et le suivi des activités.
