Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert.e Stockage SAN pour une mission stratégique.

Si vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement technique exigeant, intervenir sur des infrastructures critiques et relever des défis stimulants au sein d’une équipe internationale, cette mission est faite pour vous !

Missions principales

  • Concevoir, déployer, administrer et maintenir des infrastructures de stockage SAN, en garantissant leur disponibilité, leurs performances et la sécurité des données.
  • Mettre en place, mener ou piloter le déploiement de solutions de stockage SAN, incluant les baies et les fabrics SAN.
  • Contribuer aux actions d'automatisation et de fiabilisation des infrastructures.
  • Rédiger et/ou participer à la rédaction des dossiers de conception générale et détaillée.
  • Rédiger des procédures, avis techniques et feuilles de route à destination des chefs de projet et des équipes opérationnelles.
  • Participer à la veille technologique de l'équipe.
  • Réaliser des présentations techniques.
  • Assurer les transferts de compétences auprès des équipes RUN internationales.
  • Participer aux tests de continuité d'activité (PCA/PRA).
  • Assurer le support technique de niveau 4.
  • Participer aux astreintes et aux opérations ponctuelles en horaires non ouvrés.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expertise des technologies SAN : Fibre Channel, iSCSI, FCoE.
  • Expertise sur les baies de stockage Enterprise, notamment HPE XP8 et NetApp FAS/AFF.
  • Bonne connaissance des commutateurs Fibre Channel, notamment Brocade.
  • Maîtrise des outils de supervision SAN, notamment SANnav.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Windows Server et Linux.
  • Une expérience avec Microsoft Hyper-V serait appréciée.
  • Compétences en scripting et automatisation : PowerShell, Python, Perl, Bash.
  • Connaissance des outils ITSM, notamment ServiceNow.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes ITIL et DevOps.
  • Capacité à concevoir et documenter des architectures de stockage complexes.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Rigueur et méthode dans l'approche technique.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.
  • Bon sens du service et orientation client.
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication orale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et en mode projet.
  • Capacité à transmettre son expertise auprès d'équipes techniques.
  • Adaptabilité et curiosité face aux évolutions technologiques.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel indispensable, notamment dans le cadre des échanges avec les équipes internationales.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes, réseaux ou infrastructure.
  • 10 ans d'expérience ou plus dans le domaine du stockage et des infrastructures SAN.
  • Expérience significative sur des environnements de stockage Enterprise.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement bancaire ou financier serait fortement appréciée.
  • Expérience dans des contextes internationaux et avec des équipes RUN distribuées appréciée.
