Missions principales

Dans le cadre de ses activités, Metaline recherche un.e Expert.e PAM / IAM pour intervenir au sein de son pôle Cyber Trust & Risk IT.

Le consultant interviendra sur la solution SPARTe, dédiée à la gestion des accès à privilèges (PAM), à la gestion des identités et des habilitations (IAM), ainsi qu'aux bastions d'administration.

Il aura pour rôle d'apporter son expertise technique et fonctionnelle sur la gestion des accès d'administration, tout en accompagnant les équipes dans l'utilisation et l'évolution de la solution.

La mission s'inscrit dans une démarche de sécurisation des infrastructures, de conformité et d'amélioration continue des processus de gestion des accès.

1. Expertise PAM / IAM et gestion des accès

  • Apporter une expertise sur les solutions PAM / IAM et les bastions d'administration.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la gestion et la sécurisation des accès à privilèges.
  • Assurer le suivi du cycle de vie des habilitations : création, modification, revue et suppression des droits.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et des politiques de gestion des accès.
  • Accompagner les administrateurs dans la bonne utilisation de la solution SPARTe.

2. RUN / BUILD et gestion opérationnelle

  • Prendre en charge les incidents, demandes de service et évolutions de la solution.
  • Assurer le suivi et la résolution des incidents liés aux accès privilégiés.
  • Contribuer aux évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques de la plateforme.
  • Participer à l'amélioration du fonctionnement opérationnel de la solution.
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes via les outils ITSM, notamment ServiceNow.

3. Accompagnement et coordination

  • Animer des ateliers techniques et fonctionnels auprès des équipes.
  • Accompagner les administrateurs dans la prise en main des outils et des processus.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants et parties prenantes.
  • Apporter un rôle de conseil et d'expertise auprès des équipes utilisatrices.
  • Participer à la mise en place d'un guichet unique de gestion des demandes.

4. Conformité et amélioration continue

  • Contribuer aux projets liés à la conformité et à la sécurisation des accès.
  • Participer aux activités de reporting et au suivi des indicateurs.
  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration des processus PAM / IAM.
  • Proposer des optimisations sur la gestion des accès et des habilitations.
  • Participer aux projets d'évolution de la solution SPARTe.

5. Méthodologie projet

  • Participer aux cérémonies et rituels Agile.
  • Contribuer à la planification et au suivi des évolutions.
  • Travailler avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles dans un environnement multi-intervenants.
  • Utiliser les outils de pilotage projet, notamment JIRA, Scrum et PI Planning

Compétences indispensables :

  • PAM (Privileged Access Management).
  • IAM (Identity and Access Management).
  • Bastions d'administration.
  • Gestion des accès à privilèges.
  • Gestion du cycle de vie des habilitations.
  • Gestion des incidents et demandes ITSM.
  • RUN / BUILD.
  • Animation d'ateliers techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Coordination de multiples intervenants.

Outils et méthodologies :

  • SPARTe.
  • ServiceNow (apprécié).
  • JIRA.
  • Méthodologie Agile / Scrum.
  • PI Planning.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un profil confirmé à senior, issu idéalement d'une formation Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en cybersécurité appréciée.

Le candidat devra justifier d'une expérience significative dans la gestion des accès à privilèges et les environnements PAM / IAM, notamment sur les solutions de bastions d'administration.

Au-delà de ses compétences techniques, il devra posséder une réelle capacité à accompagner les équipes, animer des ateliers et coordonner différents interlocuteurs.

Une posture de conseil, une bonne autonomie et une capacité à intervenir sur des sujets transverses sont indispensables.

Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou une connaissance de l'environnement Crédit Agricole serait un véritable atout.
