Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert Poste de Travail / Workplace Engineer (F/H/X) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

En tant qu'Expert Poste de Travail, vous assurez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles, l'évolution et l'expertise technique de l'environnement Workplace.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) des infrastructures et services liés au poste de travail.
  • Administrer et faire évoluer les environnements Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM et MDT.
  • Participer à la gestion des environnements Windows 10 et Windows 11.
  • Gérer les processus de déploiement, packaging, imaging et masterisation des postes de travail.
  • Administrer et maintenir les composants Active Directory, GPO, DNS et DHCP associés à l'environnement Workplace.
  • Assurer le support technique de niveau 3 et traiter les incidents complexes.
  • Analyser les impacts techniques des changements et définir les plans de rollback.
  • Préparer et présenter les changements techniques dans le cadre des processus CAB / Change Management.
  • Participer au suivi des projets d'infrastructure ayant un impact sur l'environnement poste de travail.
  • Maintenir et faire évoluer les solutions de VPN, Proxy, Firewall, Wi-Fi / Radius et certificats.
  • Participer à l'administration et au suivi des solutions de sécurité Endpoint : SEP, DLP, antivirus et politiques de sécurité.
  • Maintenir, faire évoluer et développer des scripts PowerShell destinés à l'automatisation des opérations.
  • Participer à l'intégration et à l'exploitation des services Azure et Microsoft 365.
  • Analyser les interactions entre les différentes briques de l'écosystème Workplace et les infrastructures transverses.
  • Produire et maintenir les procédures, dossiers d'architecture technique (DAT), documentations d'exploitation et documents techniques.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier des activités, incidents, projets et actions en cours auprès du management.
