Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e SecOps pour une mission stratégique.

Si vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, intervenir sur des enjeux de sécurité opérationnelle et contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la posture de sécurité d’un grand groupe, cette mission est faite pour vous !

Missions principales

  • Implémenter et administrer les solutions de sécurité des environnements technologiques.
  • Assurer l'administration et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des outils de sécurité, notamment EDR, FIM et CNAPP.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la posture de sécurité des environnements.
  • Participer à la protection des infrastructures contre les menaces et notamment les risques liés aux malwares.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes SOC dans l'analyse et le traitement des risques détectés.
  • Mettre en œuvre les moyens nécessaires à la protection des environnements.
  • Automatiser les processus de sécurisation et de remédiation.
  • Élaborer et maintenir des tableaux de bord de pilotage de la sécurité.
  • Intervenir sur des environnements Linux, Windows, Unix et Kubernetes.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Très bonne connaissance des environnements Linux / Unix / Windows.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Kubernetes et compréhension des architectures Cloud et hybrides.
  • Connaissance pratique d'Ansible et des environnements DevOps.
  • Très bonnes connaissances des solutions EDR ; une expérience avec Harfang Lab serait fortement appréciée.
  • Bonnes connaissances des solutions FIM ; une expérience avec Wazuh serait un véritable atout.
  • Connaissance des solutions CNAPP ; une expérience avec Sysdig serait appréciée.
  • Maîtrise des principes de sécurité opérationnelle et de remédiation.
  • Capacité à concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord de suivi de la sécurité avec différentes solutions de visualisation.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité à identifier et traiter les risques de sécurité.
  • Rigueur et méthode dans la gestion des environnements de sécurité.
  • Autonomie et capacité à prendre en charge des sujets techniques.
  • Esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes de sécurité, notamment le SOC.
  • Curiosité technique et volonté de développer ses compétences dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes, réseaux ou cybersécurité.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en sécurité opérationnelle / SecOps.
  • Une première expérience significative dans la gestion d'outils EDR et/ou CNAPP est attendue.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement bancaire ou fortement soumis à des exigences de sécurité et de conformité serait appréciée.
