Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Ingénieur support Informatique N2 pour une mission stratégique.

Vos missions

  • Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau 2 liés aux postes de travail : matériel, logiciels et connectivité réseau.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Build et Support afin d’apporter des solutions efficaces et pérennes.
  • Développer et maintenir des scripts et des outils pour automatiser les tâches de support et de maintenance.
  • Assurer la mise à jour, la gestion et la maintenance des images de postes de travail.
  • Participer aux projets de déploiement, d’implémentation et de migration des postes de travail.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique ainsi que les procédures de support.
  • Accompagner et former les utilisateurs aux nouvelles technologies et aux bonnes pratiques informatiques.
  • Participer aux interventions en dehors des horaires ouvrés dans le cadre des astreintes.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation en informatique et justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement Workplace exigeant.

Vous disposez de solides compétences techniques en support informatique et en administration des postes de travail.

Compétences techniques requises

  • Systèmes d’exploitation : Windows et macOS.
  • Gestion du parc informatique : SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE UEM.
  • Scripting : PowerShell, C, VB et Shell.
  • Réseaux et connectivité : VPN, connectivité systèmes et réseaux, protocoles de communication.
  • Administration des environnements : Active Directory, Altiris 7.1, AppSense DesktopNow 8.x.
  • Supervision et analyse : Nexthink, Microsoft Power BI.
  • Sécurité : authentification, gestion des certificats et configuration des politiques de durcissement (GPO, CSP).
  • Déploiement : homologation et OSD (Operating System Deployment).

La connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL et la détention de certifications Microsoft ou équivalentes constituent un plus.

  • Bon relationnel et sens du service client.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Esprit d’initiative et aptitude à résoudre des incidents complexes.
