Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Responsable d'Application pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Pilotage du support applicatif : Suivi de l'état de santé de la production e-commerce, détection des anomalies sur la plateforme via les outils de monitoring et déclenchement des actions de résolution.
  • Gestion des incidents et backlog agile : Responsabilité de la gestion des anomalies en mode agile et de la communication associée. En tant que référent·e d'une squad et en binôme avec un Product Owner (PO) métier, vous aurez la charge de prioriser la correction des anomalies par les développeurs.
  • Respect des engagements : Pilotage rigoureux des SLA de résolution des incidents.
  • Amélioration continue : Montée en compétences progressive pour devenir l'expert·e interne du périmètre, transmission des connaissances et proposition/mise en œuvre de chantiers d'amélioration continue.
  • Gouvernance SI : Conception des évolutions du système d'information, participation aux cadrages, analyse fonctionnelle des besoins, gestion des roadmaps éditeurs et pilotage des montées de versions et des plans de tests.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans en tant que Responsable Application et de la Performance ou sur un poste de support applicatif Niveau 2 / Niveau 3.
  • Maîtrise requise d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine du e-commerce.
  • Compétences techniques clés attendues : API Management (Confirmé / Important) et SQL (Confirmé / Souhaitable).

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellent relationnel pour collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métiers, le Product Owner et les équipes de développement.
  • Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et réactivité face aux contraintes opérationnelles (gestion des astreintes et environnement 7j/7).
  • Maîtrise impérative du français professionnel.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation supérieure en informatique / École d'ingénieurs ou équivalent.
  • Solide bagage en gestion de projet agile, support applicatif et management de la performance de services digitaux.
