METALINE est une ESN spécialisée dans l’infogérance, les services managés et le Digital Work Place. Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Technicien qualité PCB (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Réaliser le contrôle visuel des PCB.
  • Effectuer les coupes de PCB et les analyser.
  • Contrôler les cartes sous loupe binoculaire / microscope.
  • Vérifier les dimensions et tolérances (planéité, perçages, sérigraphie, vernis, etc.).
  • Examiner la conformité par rapport aux plans, fichiers Gerber, nomenclatures et cahier des charges.
  • Participer à la réalisation des FAI – First Article Inspection.
  • Utiliser les instruments de mesure : pied à coulisse, multimètre, microscope, bancs de test, testeurs électriques…
  • Documenter et tracer les contrôles dans l’ERP ou les outils qualité (fiches, rapports NCR, etc.).
  • Identifier, isoler et gérer les non‑conformités fournisseurs (réclamations, retours, actions correctives).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Achats, Méthodes et Production pour le traitement des anomalies.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Lecture de plans et de dossiers techniques électroniques.
  • Compétences obligatoires en contrôle PCB.
  • Maîtrise des outils de métrologie (binoculaire, testeurs, instruments de mesure…).
  • Connaissance des procédés de fabrication et d'assemblage des PCB.
  • À l’aise avec un ERP ou outils qualité.
  • Connaissance des normes PCB (IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑A‑610, ISO 9001) — appréciée

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Rigueur et précision : capacité à effectuer des contrôles minutieux et à respecter strictement les exigences techniques.
  • Sens du détail : vigilance accrue pour détecter les défauts, anomalies ou écarts de conformité.

Expérience et formation

Bac+2 en électronique, GEII, mesures physiques, qualité industrielle ou équivalent.

Une première expérience en contrôle qualité dans l'électronique ou les PCB est un vrai plus.
