METALINE est une ESN spécialisée dans l’infogérance, les services managés et le Digital Work Place. Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain.

Dans le cadre des activités de validation et de maintenance des systèmes électroniques embarqués, nous recherchons un Technicien Flying Doctor EE intervenant sur les sites de Sochaux et Belchamp.

Le technicien participera principalement aux opérations de mise à jour logicielle des calculateurs électroniques, aux diagnostics de premier niveau ainsi qu’au support technique sur véhicules et bancs de test.

Missions principales

Mises à jour logicielles

  • Réaliser les opérations de flashage et de mise à jour logicielle des calculateurs électroniques (firmware, calibration)
  • Vérifier l’intégrité des données après intervention
  • Identifier et signaler les anomalies via les outils dédiés (JIRA, outils internes Stellantis)
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations conformément aux procédures internes

Support technique mobile

  • Intervenir sur véhicules et bancs de test pour des opérations simples : remplacement de composants, vérification de câblage, contrôles de premier niveau
  • Participer aux activités de diagnostic électronique
  • Collaborer avec les équipes GV2/GV3 sur les incidents complexes

Traçabilité & reporting

  • Renseigner les rapports d’intervention et outils de suivi
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données internes
  • Assurer l’archivage des données selon les standards Stellantis et Alten
  • Garantir la traçabilité des opérations réalisées

Respect des procédures & sécurité

  • Appliquer strictement les protocoles qualité et sécurité
  • Respecter les consignes ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge)
  • Intervenir dans le respect des normes de sécurité électrique et fonctionnelle
  • Participer au respect des standards ISO 26262

  • Formation bus automobiles CAN/LIN

Expérience

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en : maintenance EE, atelier automobile, électronique embarquée
  • Stages et alternances acceptés
