METALINE est une ESN spécialisée dans l’infogérance, les services managés et le Digital Work Place. Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Technicien Flying Doctor (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  1. Mises à jour logicielles : Déploiement de mises à jour (calibration, firmware) sur les calculateurs EE. Vérification de l'intégrité des données après mise à jour. Signalement des anomalies via les outils dédiés (ex : JIRA).
  2. Support technique mobile : Intervention sur les véhicules ou bancs de test pour des opérations simples (ex : remplacement de composants, vérification de câblage). Collaboration avec les GV2/GV3 pour les diagnostics complexes.
  3. Traçabilité et reporting : Renseignement des rapports d'intervention (outils : Excel, bases de données internes). Archivage des données selon procédures.
  4. Respect des procédures : Application stricte des protocoles de sécurité et des modes opératoires (ex : normes ISO 26262 pour la sécurité fonctionnelle).

Environnement de travail

  • Lieux d'intervention : Ateliers , bancs de test HIL, zones de validation véhicule.
  • Équipement : Outillage spécifique (ex : valises de diagnostic, câbles de flashage), EPI (Équipements de Protection Individuelle).
  • CPRI : Pour les problèmes d'industrialisation.

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Bac+2 en électronique, maintenance automobile, ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : 1 à 2 ans en maintenance EE ou atelier automobile (stage inclus).
  • Qualités : Rigueur, mobilité, capacité à travailler en équipe

Compétences majeures requises (Niveau ≥ 3 dans la SKM)

Outils logiciels

Maîtrise des outils de flashage (ex : Vector CANoe, ETAS INCA).

Protocoles EE

Connaissance des bus CAN, LIN, Ethernet automobile.

Procédures qualité

Application des normes Stellantis (ex : PSO, processus de validation).

Diagnostic de base

Lecture de logs et identification d'erreurs simples (ex : codes DTC).

Sécurité

Respect des consignes ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) et sécurité électrique.

Compétences complémentaires (Niveau ≥ 2)

Formations recommandées

  1. Formation sur les outils de flashage (ex : INCA).
  2. Module sécurité électrique (norme NF C 18-510).
  3. Initiation aux bus automobiles (CAN/LIN).
  • Anglais technique (lecture de documentation).
  • Utilisation des outils de gestion de tickets (ex : JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Connaissance des architectures électroniques automobiles (ex : calculateurs ECU).
