Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Technicien / Ingénieur Méthodes Production (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) aux équipes industrielles, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer le support méthodes auprès des équipes de production sur une nouvelle ligne automatisée.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents en cas d'arrêt de ligne afin de rétablir la production dans les meilleurs délais.
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences des opérateurs en apportant un soutien technique sur les problématiques rencontrées.
  • Analyser les dysfonctionnements récurrents et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives durables.
  • Déployer des actions préventives et curatives visant à améliorer la performance et la fiabilité de la ligne de production.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus industriels.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en méthodes industrielles et/ou en support à la production dans un environnement industriel.
  • Profil opérationnel, capable d'intervenir rapidement sur le terrain.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique constitue un véritable atout.
  • Éligible à une habilitation selon les exigences du poste.
  • À l'aise avec le travail en horaires postés 3x8, du lundi au vendredi (sans travail le week-end ni les jours fériés).
  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en génie industriel, méthodes, production ou équivalent. Compétences attendues: Méthodes industrielles. Support à la production. Diagnostic et résolution de pannes. Analyse des causes racines. Amélioration continue. Esprit d'analyse, réactivité et sens du terrain. Bon relationnel et capacité à accompagner les équipes opérationnelles.
