Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien Mécanique pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Analyser et interpréter des plans mécaniques complexes incluant les tolérances dimensionnelles et géométriques.
  • Assurer un support technique auprès des équipes de fabrication et participer à la résolution des problématiques de production.
  • Étudier, optimiser et améliorer les procédés d'usinage afin de garantir la qualité et la performance des pièces produites.
  • Intervenir sur différents procédés de fabrication tels que le fraisage, le rodage et autres opérations d'usinage de précision.
  • Réaliser, mettre à jour et modifier les plans et dossiers techniques sous CATIA et/ou SolidWorks.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Méthodes, Industrialisation et Fabrication pour accompagner les évolutions techniques.
  • Participer à l'analyse des non-conformités et à la mise en place d'actions correctives.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Lecture et analyse de plans mécaniques complexes.
  • Maîtrise des tolérances dimensionnelles et géométriques (GD&T).
  • Connaissance des procédés d'usinage : fraisage, rodage, tournage, rectification.
  • Utilisation de CATIA et/ou SolidWorks.
  • Analyse des procédés de fabrication et amélioration continue.
  • Connaissances en méthodes industrielles et production mécanique.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Esprit d'analyse et rigueur technique.
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec les services Méthodes, Qualité et Fabrication.
  • Capacité à proposer des améliorations et à accompagner le changement.
  • Réactivité face aux problématiques de production.

Expérience et formation

  • Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Génie Mécanique, Productique ou équivalent.
  • Première expérience en mécanique industrielle, méthodes, production ou usinage.
  • Connaissance de l'environnement industriel exigeant, idéalement aéronautique ou défense.
  • Profil terrain avec une forte proximité opérationnelle avec les ateliers de fabrication.
