Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Technicien Méthodes Production (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

👉 Assurer le support technique auprès des équipes de production en diagnostiquant les dysfonctionnements et en mettant en œuvre des solutions rapides et durables.

👉 Participer aux opérations de dépannage, à la remise en service des équipements et à la mise en place d'actions correctives et préventives afin d'améliorer la fiabilité des installations.

👉 Contribuer au montage, à la mise en service et au démarrage de nouvelles lignes de production.

👉 Optimiser les méthodes de production afin d'améliorer la performance industrielle, la qualité et la productivité.

👉 Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique, les modes opératoires et les standards de production.

👉 Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue en collaboration avec les équipes Production, Maintenance, Qualité et Industrialisation.

👉 Analyser les causes racines des incidents techniques et proposer des actions d'amélioration pérennes.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Génie Industriel, Maintenance, Mécanique, Électrotechnique ou dans un domaine technique équivalent. Vous aimez le terrain, le travail en équipe et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement industriel exigeant.

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne compréhension des procédés de production industrielle.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer des dysfonctionnements techniques.
  • Connaissances en méthodes de production et amélioration continue.
  • Lecture et compréhension de documentation technique.
  • Maîtrise des outils de résolution de problèmes (analyse des causes, plans d'actions).
  • Une connaissance du secteur aéronautique est un plus.
  • Les profils issus de l'automobile ou ayant réalisé une alternance dans l'industrie aéronautique sont également appréciés.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Réactivité face aux aléas de production.
  • Autonomie dans la gestion des missions.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Goût pour l'amélioration continue et les environnements industriels.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Génie Industriel, Maintenance, Mécanique, Électrotechnique ou équivalent.
  • Une première expérience en méthodes de production, support technique ou environnement industriel est souhaitée.
  • Une expérience en aéronautique est un atout, mais les candidats issus de l'industrie automobile ou ayant effectué une alternance dans le secteur aéronautique sont également encouragés à postuler.
