Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons Un.e Technicien.ne Planificateur.trice de Production pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Planifier et lisser la production sur un horizon de 16 semaines, en fonction de la demande client, des composants disponibles et des capacités de production.
  • Préparer et lancer les ordres de fabrication (OF) au bon moment.
  • Suivre quotidiennement les ruptures de composants et adapter le planning en conséquence.
  • Suivre le carnet de commandes et alerter les équipes commerciales en cas de risque de retard.
  • Assurer le respect des délais de production et contribuer à la satisfaction client.
  • Suivre les KPI/CPI, analyser les écarts et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Assurer l'interface entre les Inside Sales et les équipes de production.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise de la planification de production et de la gestion des capacités d'un atelier.
  • Capacité à planifier et ordonner les productions en fonction des besoins.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel.
  • Connaissance d'un ERP, idéalement SAP.
  • Capacité à réaliser une réponse à délai sur une commande.
  • Capacité à identifier les situations à risque et à alerter les équipes concernées.
  • Anglais B2, notamment à l'écrit.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Rigueur et organisation.
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité à anticiper les risques.
  • Réactivité face aux imprévus et aux ruptures de composants.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes commerciales et la production.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation Bac +3 minimum, avec une formation technique impérative.
  • Formation en gestion de production, planification, logistique industrielle ou Supply Chain Management.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum en planification ou gestion de production.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel est fortement appréciée.
