Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Technicien poste de travail confirmé pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

Installation et gestion des équipements

  • Installer, configurer et assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements informatiques et téléphoniques.
  • Réaliser la masterisation des postes de travail, à l’unité ou en masse.
  • Configurer et installer les applications et solutions d’accès à distance.
  • Paramétrer l’environnement utilisateur sous Windows et Office 365 : Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
  • Préparer et remettre les nouveaux équipements aux utilisateurs.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de leur matériel et de leurs logiciels.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’environnement de travail et du matériel mis à disposition.

Support et assistance utilisateurs

  • Assurer le support de niveau 1, 2 et 3, y compris auprès d’utilisateurs VIP.
  • Analyser et traiter les incidents, demandes de services et problèmes, à distance ou sur site.
  • Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives adaptées.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques Réseaux, Windows, Sécurité/DSSI et autres équipes spécialisées selon la nature des incidents.
  • Conseiller et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation de leur environnement de travail : postes de travail, imprimantes, équipements de visioconférence, logiciels et outils collaboratifs.

Gestion du parc applicatif et automatisation

  • Participer au maintien à jour du parc applicatif installé sur les postes de travail.
  • Créer et maintenir des scripts de déploiement, de mise à jour et de désinstallation d’applications et de logiciels.
  • Automatiser certaines opérations d’administration et de support via PowerShell.

Sécurité et conformité des postes

  • Veiller à la conformité et à la sécurité des postes de travail.
  • Assurer le Patch Management, notamment via WSUS.
  • Administrer et contrôler le chiffrement BitLocker.
  • Participer à la revue et au contrôle des comptes Active Directory.
  • Appliquer les standards et politiques de sécurité en vigueur.

Administration Active Directory

  • Créer et administrer les comptes utilisateurs.
  • Gérer les droits et accès bureautiques.
  • Administrer les GPO.
  • Participer aux opérations courantes liées à Active Directory, DNS et DHCP.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté en support utilisateur et administration des environnements postes de travail, disposant d’une forte maîtrise de Windows 11, macOS, Office 365 et Active Directory.

Une expérience significative dans des environnements comportant du support de proximité, du support VIP, de la masterisation, du déploiement applicatif et de l’administration système est particulièrement recherchée.

La maîtrise de PowerShell et la capacité à créer des scripts d’automatisation ou de déploiement constituent un réel atout.
