Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Testeur de performance H/F pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

En tant que Testeur / Testeuse de Performance, vous prenez en charge le cycle complet des demandes de tests, de leur cadrage jusqu'à la restitution des résultats.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Prendre en charge les demandes de tests et participer à leur cadrage.
  • Définir les objectifs et périmètres des tests avec les équipes concernées.
  • Identifier et récupérer les différents entrants nécessaires à la réalisation des tests.
  • Comprendre la cinématique fonctionnelle des applications à tester.
  • Préparer les campagnes de tests : scripting, configuration, monitoring et environnement de test.
  • Planifier et réaliser les tests de charge et de performance.
  • Réaliser des tests aux limites et des tests de résilience applicative.
  • Analyser les résultats obtenus et identifier les éventuelles anomalies.
  • Participer au traitement et au suivi des anomalies rencontrées lors des tests.
  • Rédiger les rapports et résultats de tests, en formulant un avis favorable ou défavorable et en identifiant les éventuelles réserves à lever avant la mise en production.
  • Formuler des recommandations pour les prochaines itérations de tests.
  • Faire valider les résultats produits par les experts Tests avant leur communication aux demandeurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes via l'outil interne Decster.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus, méthodologies, stratégies et moyens de tests.
  • Appliquer les bonnes pratiques définies au sein de l'équipe.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Tests de charge / tests de performance / tests de résilience : expérience de 5 ans minimum
  • NeoLoad : indispensable
  • Dynatrace : maîtrise
  • Elastic Search : maîtrise
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements d'infrastructure d'un SI : Systèmes d'exploitation Kubernetes Bases de données Réseaux Middleware Technologies Open Source Java Spring Boot Node.js Automatisation des tests : un réel plus

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Comprendre rapidement des environnements techniques complexes.
  • Échanger avec différents interlocuteurs techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Analyser et synthétiser des résultats.
  • Être force de proposition dans une démarche d'amélioration continue.
  • Monter progressivement en autonomie sur les différents types de demandes.
