Rejoignez un laboratoire de référence dans l'analyse des métaux précieux Afin de renforcer notre équipe des laboratoires centraux à Marin (NE), nous recherchons un(e) \\Laborantin en chimie analytique\\ ----------------------------------- Vos principales responsabilités seront : ========================================= \* Effectuer les essais ou analyses selon les prescriptions données : essais de routine, essais nouveaux ou complexes avec supervision d'une personne expérimentée. \* Mettre en oeuvre différentes techniques analytiques telles que l'ICP\\-OES, AAS, les titrations potentiométriques ou analyses gravimétriques, selon l'organisation du laboratoire. \* Préparer les échantillons et assurer leur traitement de façon rigoureuse et précise. \* Rédiger, mettre à jour et gérer la documentation technique et qualité (méthodes, procédures, instructions de travail et formulaires). \* Contribuer activement au maintien et à l'amélioration du système qualité selon les exigences de la norme ISO 17025/6S et les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire. \* Participer à l'entretien, au suivi et à la qualification des équipements de laboratoire (QRQC, SPC,...). \* Collaborer avec les différentes équipes du laboratoire pour former et accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs, apprentis et stagiaires. Vos compétences ================ \* CFC de laborantin/e en chimie ou formation jugée équivalente et une première expérience avérée en laboratoire analytique. \* Bonnes connaissances des réactions chimiques, des méthodes analytiques et des instruments de laboratoire mentionnés. \* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en laboratoire analytique, idéalement dans un environnement industriel. \* Esprit analytique et sens de la logique permettant d'interpréter les résultats, d'identifier les écarts et de proposer des solutions adaptées à des problématiques simples. \* Excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'autonomie et de rigueur. \* Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Word ; un intérêt pour les systèmes informatiques de laboratoire (LIMS, SAP, etc.) constitue un atout. \* Maîtrise de la rédactionde documents clairs et précis en français (l'anglais et l'allemand sont un plus). \* Intérêt marqué pour les systèmes qualité et la gestion documentaire. \* Aptitude à transmettre ses connaissances et à accompagner la formation d'apprentis ou de collaborateurs. \* Esprit d'équipe, sens des responsabilités et capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités simultanément.
